So Zuckerberg finally managed it. It took a while and a lot of criticism but eventually he found the strength to say sorry. Why do business leaders and politicians think it is weak to apologise? It is the opposite. Admitting your failings is a strength. Failure to admit them or begrudgingly doing so is a weakness often born of arrogance. Sorry shouldn't be the hardest word.
