More recently than ever, companies have been told to be transparent about gender pay gaps and how diverse their board members are, raising the awareness that hiring from different backgrounds and ethnicity's is simply put, fair. 

However, it isn't just your employees that benefit from this. It also affects your customers and clients. 

If you're customers or clients can't see themselves or others like them using or standing in for your product/service - why should they?
