We all know what Procrastination is, and we definitely know what it feels like to fall into its trap. 

However, after reading this article, it really struck me that it doesn't just mean you're bored. It may be one reason but there are many other things to consider. 

In actual fact, you can procrastinate for reasons such as; having too much work. Maybe even finding things difficult to start. 

It's time to cut our selves some slack, but mostly, realise that we're spending a little longer doing less rather than more, reminding ourselves that we might just need a little more help, a bigger challenge or a change of environment.
